Meet Chelsea Reeds aka @mslulu on instagram and the owner of Chez Lulu Salon. Chelsea has been licensed since 2013 and working weddings since 2003. Chelsea loves dimensional color, fluffy natural lashes and natural looking hair extensions. Most of all she loves the relationships she has created with her clients over the last 11 years working in Chico. When she's not at the salon she's hanging out with her pups Dolores (9) and Maurice (5). I'm sure you'll be shown pictures of them during your appointment.
